Owner is a cheapskate, won't give out plates, says they dont carry them. Tells blatant lie when I just bought the day before and... got plates. I spend over $50 a week on pizza and he'd rather walk the business over a few paper plates. Nice business modelbuddy! Read more
Absolutely disappointed. I love papa Johns.. perfect match of affordable and flavorful. Until TODAY!! There was not bottom of... the pizza.. the Doug was pulled so far it was nonexistent.. pictures speak for themselves.. Horrible service! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and when I picked it up it was sealed closed. When I got home I realized it... was just a cheese pizza. I called and asked to speak to the manager after the girl at the register refused to remake the correctpizza. When I spoke to the manager he never once apologized or said let me make this right for you. He instead argued with meand refused to give his name and said there was nothing he could do because I ordered the wrong pizza and they did not make itwrong. UNBELIEVABLE!! Read more
