Went to this ???? Starbucks this morning ordered a medicine ball through the drive through at 7:56a and they handed me a drink... that was made at 7:19a it was warm not hot. Went back and all the employees were laughing while the gentleman that was assistingme was taking off the time sticker they put on their cups. I literally always come to this starbucks location, I even wait the long lines because customer service is amazing! Customer service was the worst ever. They didn't have the cups for the size I ordered so they put the drinks in bigger cups that... were about ¼ empty so honestly it looked like a drank part of the drinks. Read more
