Love this place. Great lunch. Everything so fresh!
Went to try a new place. Staff was friendly and salsa was very good. Menu is alot to look through and overwhelming. One person... cleaning up kept banging against the back of our booth and didn't say anything to us. Our food came out one dish at a timespread out over ten minutes. Food was soggy and bland. Waitress never came to check on us. Finally got the bill. Paid, tippedand left. Might come back and give it another try at a much later date. Read more
Great place to catch a quick meal. Their nachos are good, prices are fair and the service is really good. No tvs in the... restaurant which is nice keeps the conversation at the table. The only downside is there is only limited outdoor seating and theviews are nothing to write about. Also the booths are very small, difficult to fit 4 people with food. Read more
We go there at least twice a month. During our last visit, our bill was higher than expected. I asked why and their excuse was... "oh we did not update the menus" Also, I asked them if we could substitute beans with some fries and they said yes. We werecharged for it (it is fine but they should have told us that). Los Porto?s has been a mainstay of Ooltewah for years and years. Regretfully, it?s not because of the food. Don?t hate me,... they?re close to being a good restaurant.
