I ordered from Papa Johns for the very first time and they got my order completely wrong. I live three minutes from the store,... and the tracking said that they were on their way and it would be an hour! Of course it was incorrect, but I panicked for amoment knowing that there was no way a pizza would be hot after an hour. The delivery driver was very nice and I did not checkthe pizza before he left. I was too hungry to do anything about it, but I had ordered a cheese pizza and received a pepperonipizza. And it wasn?t that great. Also, there was no option to order a smaller pizza. I was ordering for one and was forced toorder an extra large. $28 and most of it went to waste. I won?t go back there again. Read more
Unfortunately, I regret to leave a rather negative review of this particular Papa Johns Pizza establishment. As someone who... values hygiene throughout the entirety of my day, I do not usually carry cash on my person. One day, I felt enough time hadpassed since my last visit to a Papa Johns Pizza establishment and I decided to reset the day counter to 0. However, to mydespair, this Papa Johns Pizza establishment was not accepting cards on the day that I went to get my large cheese pizza withEXTRA pineapple. I was crushed. We decided to get pizza for dinner after being in traffic and it was so hot outside! Papa John's was just down the street very... convenient. I came to place my order and the manager said that he was locked out and could not take my order. So I stepped asideso that the call Ins could get their order, which was fine. A young lady with a nose ring took my order, she was polite. I sawa young man with long sweaty hair preparing the food. He had a balk cap on so I was not too upset. I started to notice no onewashed their hands! The manager kept pulling a small wod of money out of his pocket and counting it. Then he would look in theprepared pizza boxes and look at the order tag. The guy that was preparing the pizza would push his glasses back on his face,wipe his eyes and nose. He would also grab his beard and the shelves the Pizza boxes were on. When an order came in he wouldgrab the raw dough and started preparing the pizza without washing his hands gross!!!!! Needless to say I don't care how hot itis outside and how much traffic there is. This Papa John's restaurant has provided great service and food. I am glad I found it. I placed my order the night before... using the iPhone app. The process was easy, including specifying pizza adjustments due to the dietary restrictions of onefamily member and the picky choices of my granddaughter. I also like a little extra pizza sauce and even found that optionavailable. I arrived to pick up my order. It was on the shelf ready to pick up. It was also hot, which was even better. Iwas a little concerned about the order being prepared too far in advance and that it might be a little cool; however, thatconcern was unwarranted. This meal was for Mother's Day. We had a daughter drive from out of town to spend time with hermother and family, plus had another daughter (with our grandchild) joining us. Even had a son-in-law and his mother joined us. All this to say the quality of the food was very important. Papa Johns came through with excellent pizzas and bread sticks. Everyone was pleased with the various items I had ordered.
