I ordered moi moi via ubar eat, they sent me very cold moi moi. After microwaving the moi moi it was terrible and sandy. I felt... like crying. I was excited to get a nice African meal. I placed my order, then called back to ask for the cost and how long it would take to... be done. I was quoted 18$ when the food was picked up it was 30$ I never mind to pay for my food especially African buttransparency would be appreciated. I asked for fried turkey, Fufu and fish soup, instead of fish soup I was given a block offrozen soup and asked to microwave it. The entire point of ordering out is to have fresh, hot food so you don't have to cook foryourself. Extremely disappointed in this customer service. Read more
