Haven?t been to Moe?s in over a year so not sure if today?s experience is the new norm or what. There were 8 people in front of... us and It took about 15 minutes to reach the first phase of the ordering. Super slow but okay so far. The next phase is usuallythe fastest as they plop whatever you want on your chips - chicken, pico, beans, cheese, sour cream, etc. and slide it down theline to the register. This part took another 15 minutes to the point where my nachos were completely soggy. They just sat therewaiting to be pushed down the line as another worker kept adding orders in front of it. It was weird. Maybe those were door dashor something. I asked if they could just hand them to me and let me move down and pay. The lady just looked at me like I had 3heads. As I watched the chaos, this guy serving looked like he was absolutely lost. Didn?t know the difference between cilantroand lettuce. Bless him. And he wiped his nose and forehead every 15 seconds with the back of his forearm. Literally every 15seconds as sweat dripped from his face. All of this was so unreal that I didn?t even care about my nachos anymore. I just wantedsome popcorn to eat while I watched all of this from the other side of the glass. When I finally got to the register, it hadbeen 31 minutes since I walked in the door. Like I said, maybe this is the new norm. It always looks like no one ever cleans the tables, chairs, booths, floor, drink station, etc. there no matter what time we have... visited. Cleanliness is a huge issue. Flies flying around the trash left everywhere is the proof. We had to clean our own tableand chairs while staff just looked at us like they were confused. This uncleanliness makes me question if the food and prepareas are sanitary, and because of this, they have lost my business until something changes. There is also always at least oneweird employee working as well-from a young woman staring at and harassing my boyfriend and I while we ate to another young ladywho treated us like our existence was an inconvenience, who is running this place. Walked in at 8:42(store closes at 9) and instead of the "Welcome to Moes" greeting, the girl working behind the counter said... "get out, we aren't serving any more customers tonight." Restaurant has been really dirty the last 2 times I have been in. Read more
