If you get Jose H as your manager, be thankful. Jose was the best Chili's manager, and just best restaurant manager in general.... He was so attentive and made time to check in with every table and made sure everyone was having a wonderful time and the foodturned out perfect. He is not only a good manager but a fantastic person with a heart of gold. His happy attitude is supercontagious and is what made this visit amazing. Read more
Probably the worst ever here. The waiter was new, good attitude and pleasant. Thats about the only positive thing. The... restaurant was dirty - a large number of tables were never bussed the entire time we there (about an hour and 45 minutes). Therewas a napkin on the floor, which nobody made an effort to pick up (including the manager who walked by a few times). We orderedchips and salsa as an appetizer - took probably 15 minutes before they were served. We both ordered the Honey Chipotle ChickenCrispers - horrible. Tasted like maybe they changed the recipe, almost sour. The corn on the cob was cold in places, otherwisejust warm. We have been coming to this Chili's for years (probably every month or so). My family and I love chili's. We don't have any in our area so we get excited when we find one to eat at. Unfortunately, after... making out way into this one we were met with a less than friendly hostess that flatly told us the wait would be 30 minutes.After telling her that it was fine, we'd wait, she jotted down our number with a grumble and just stared at us as we walked outof the restaurant into the lobby area to wait. When we got the text our table was ready, the waitress unenthusiastically tosseda menu onto our table and said our waiter would be by soon. We asked her if we could have another menu or two (family of 5 here)she snapped at my wife and said "we only give you one" and walked away. A sour start to the experience. It's a shame this is thefirst person you are met with at the door as it set a poor tone for what would otherwise be a great spot to eat. The waiter wasexcellent and friendly (and he even brought us another menu) and was quick with our order. Here's hoping the food is good. Read more
