I had been coming here regularly but the wait time is beyond ridiculous for sandwiches. I get lunch can be hectic but from a... business and customer standpoint if the business cannot support the high volume of dine in and online orders then maybe do notoffer online orders (or find a way within the 3rd party online ordering app to turn off orders or put a realistic pickup timematching the actual wait time, I waited half an hour past the posted pick up time putting my total wait for 45 mins for 2 basicsandwiches). I used to work at Starbucks, I understand demand during peak, but Starbucks at least allowed us to turn off mobileorders during peak to catch up and reduce wait time. This business is not set up for the demand they receive during peak with anonline option. The place is small with customers clustered and packed in like sardines all waiting to place and pick up orders.The online area interferes with not just the line to place walk in orders but it's awkwardly in front of the soda machine andchip rack. The crowds can get so bad they are standing right up at tables dine in guests are trying to eat at. Outdoor dining issmall as well. Parking is atrocious. I'm going to take a long break from this place, hopefully they come up with a solution toease the dissatisfaction I and several other customers experienced. Read more

OMG!!! I ordered the Gorgonzola and Bacon Grilled Cheese... it is the BEST sandwich I have EVER had.. always GOOD food..
Crazy parking lot, long lines (what does that tell you), and scrumptious food. The Cortina's Special is tops. Any fave sandwich... of yours here is going to be your top pick because these professionals know their bread. The bread is amazing. And the BoarsHead meats and cheeses. And cannolis! Zapp's Chips!
