Norn's has really gone downhill. Waited 15 minutes and they told me they were cleaning tables even though half the tables were... clean. Asked to speak with manager Daniel. He came out like he was looking for a fight. Customer is always wrong at that Norms.I need to find a new place. Read more
Norms used to be excellent. One of my favorites. Over the last 3 to 4 years some of the menu items have gotten smaller and... almost doubled in price. No longer the value I got used to. Read more
Worst service EVER, restaurant was at approximately less than half capacity but my waiter (Oscar) acted as though it was at full... capacity, no sense of urgency or wait service etiquette. Oscar stopped at my table twice, once to ask for my order and second todrop off my food. I was not offered drink refill or was I asked if I needed anything else, I had to wait 5 mins for my check.
