Let me say starting off I have always had a great experience with this store however my last two visit were pretty bad in... customer service. A few weeks ago we order via the mobile app and I waited 30 plus minutes for my food. When I inquired what wastaking so long I was told it was because it was a complicated order. Mind you my order was for 4 regular sandwiches and 4 fries.I let it go as they were just busy. Tonight I ordered via mobile app only to wait another 30 minutes. The Manager asked me about20 minutes into my wait who I was waiting on I gave her my name and she told me she had to manually push it through. What Idon't understand is why at that point she would not put a rush on it. I went to the back of the line and had to wait another 10mins. I don't know what is going on but having this issue makes me not want to go back. Very frustrating watching people orderwell after I had ordered and watch them get their food before mine. Read more
The staff here needs further training. We essentially got stuck in line here because they could not process a small cash... payment. The employee really left us in an unacceptable situation. In the end we just drove off and went somewhere else. Thenext place we went to did not have issues like this. You guys failed! We didn't expect this from your establishment. Read more
I?m not sure what has happened with this franchise but the past orders I?ve made I have been missing something from my order.... I?m not one to complain but man how hard is it to read an order and make sure you have the same amount of drinks as combos?! Thesad thing is I order curbside from the app so I?m already placing the quantity of the items I?m paying for and these kids stillcan?t get me all the items I ordered and paid for to make it to my bag. Stopped by on my way to sea world as I was in need of some nourishment. This place did not disappoint. I loved how big it is... inside. It?s about time chick fil a decided to build bigger restaurants. The store was clean and the service was good. My mealwas hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the bathroom smelled like poop. I am very sad to give this review, I am a customer of this chickfila for a long time at the level that we have breakfast almost... every day. We don't eat inside, we do it in the parking lot, when we go to ask for a tea refill they have told us no and evenseveral employees have given us a bad face.
