Terrible service at the drive through. It took so long to provide service I ended up leaving rather then placing an order
There is no justification for 4 breakfast sandwiches to take over 20 minutes in the drive thru when there are so few other... customers there. And then to get one sandwich wrong? twice. Read more
Worst by far. For the last few months every time I come to this location noone responds at the drive thru menu after waiting 10... min+ & every time I was the only car in the drive thru. Repeatedly asking for a response to place my order and noone talks back,drive around to the window and people are just on their phones and eating food, i wish I could get paid to do nothing. We come to this one from mandarin to eat skipping over 2 other locations. Usually have a real pleasurable experience. Tonight we... had the guy taking the order yelling and talking about the customer in front of us on his headset with other staff while takingour order at the same time.
