The food was good. The staff was low and it took awhile to get our food. While in the bathroom they cleared out table. Luckily... we ate our food we wanted but we wanted our cups to go ???? so we had to ask them for more cups. Read more
I've been going to the Loop for many years, but for some reason this location always leaves me thinking I've done something... wrong. I mean super super unfriendly ea time I go. I never write bad reviews but honestly this one needs some tlc frommanagement, they barely address u, numerous times I've watched my food sit there & getting cold, it's like they don't wantcustomers. Just a blah atmosphere & it seems they don't care at all. I used to get the burgers but always something wrong sotonight pizza. It was so average it chased below average to the finish line. Salad was good as always but full of brown, wiltedand not really edible pcs. I'm going to drive to the fleming one from now on. Sorry but the other locations always make itreally enjoyable & u don't mind paying more for good food. Read more
The food was delicious. The staff were swamped (it was extremely busy) and still very nice. I am sure they are/have taken care... of the leaks in the ceiling from the AC. Everything else was great. Read more
Ordered a kids pizza. Menu states is comes with one topping. Was charged for the topping when I questioned it the manager spoke... to the cashier didn't even address me and said "nothing I can do about it". Poor customer service and BS. Should have honoredthe menu. Read more
