The salad bar is great. I often eat here for the well kept salad selection. The wait staff is very nice and attentive. The best... time to dine is week days. Weekends are very busy and the food is rushed prepared over or under cooked. Advice to management, please have your cooks remove their aprons when visiting the restroom or existing the kitchen to smoke. Read more

Second time going to this location and to say it is AWFUL is a gross understatement. The first time, my friend and I had to... retrieve our own beverages that were left sitting out on the bar for almost a half hour. Today was my 25th wedding anniversaryand since South Carolina in general has very little to offer on a Monday, hubby and I opted for Ruby Tuesdays. We ended upwalking out. It took a bit to even be seated. We were provided menus and then we suddenly became invisible. Must've beeninvisible times 10 because the shift manager walked by us 4 times and never asked if we were being helped. No beverages. Noflatware. Servers were everywhere but apparently filling salt & pepper shakers was a much more important task than waiting onpatrons. This place definitely needs new management. I placed an order online. Order was suppose to be ready at 6:45 P. M. When I got there the first person that came out of the... kitchen looked in my face and didn?t ask if she could help me. She went to the bar and started washing glasses. I waited a fewminutes and asked her about my order. She said I?ll check on it in just a minute. (Just to say these glasses are more importantthan your order). She then went to the kitchen, never to be seen again. The next employee that came out of the kitchen to takean order outside didn?t acknowledge me or others waiting on our orders. I had to ask her about my order. At this point mypatience was being tested. I asked to speak with a manager, of course none was around. When I finally got my order, the ribdinner wasn?t in the bag. I had to wait another 20 minutes on that. The rib dinner wasn?t the best. Only taste the sauce theribs weren?t seasoned. I know this is a long review, however, I wanted to share my experience. I finally left with my orderabout 8:00 P. M. Everyone says they?re short staffed. I do understand that all too well. The problem that I have is with thestaff that is working. DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered salad bar and after two bites noticed sour taste. I immediately reported to the server who rang up my... bill. I was surprised but okay but than she had the nerve if I wanted all my change as she would have to break a dollar bill. Iasked for the manager. Told her first I had to ask for silverware twice, about bad food and maybe if they did not have twoemployees working as hostess (just talking and not working) they actually allow customers to in bar. Hard to believe I paid$12.83 for two bites of inedible salad. I think the dressing was sour. I actually gagged in the parking lot. I would have givenzero star if allowed! Read more
