I love Taco Bell and Quesaritos are a Go-To, but this one in particular is always slacking and very lazy. The hours clearly... state 12am or later on the door and 1am on Google Maps. I arrived today at 9pm to find the entire building closed down.Unbelievable. Another time I had arrived around 11 and had someone tell me, "Sorry we're only taking Door dash orders". This place has horrible service. This location needs to be shut down. We waited for someone to take our order for 15 minutes. We... asked another worker to assist us and she told us the other worker would help us in a moment. Meanwhile 3 workers were visiblyseen in the back office laughing and hanging out amongst themselves while only 2 people were making the 5 orders on the screen.Really awful. Then when I made contact with the workers in the back office they just shut the office door and continued to hangamongst themselves completely ignoring the customers up front who have not been served. Really awful service and managementshould take action. Making a taco and serving someone should not be that complicated nor should anyone have to deal with ablatantly ignorant experience. Staffing at this location is an extreme issue. Placed 2 orders on two different days last weekend, one in the morning one in the... evening, both times drove up to a paper sign on the window saying they were closed. The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We waited 20 minutes for our food to be ready and that was after waiting 5 minutes... being ignored to take our order. The manager walked around stocking napkins and another crewmember was just standing in the backof the store. Neither even bothered to help the line. It wasn't even that busy. I used to be a huge fan of Taco Bell, but this location sucks. I ordered through the app, picked up, got home and two items were... missing. I went back to the restaurant and went inside where I was waiting for someone at the counter. I waited for at leastfive minutes while every employee working that saw me didn't even acknowledge me. The other person waiting told me it took tenminutes for them to even help him. I walked to the edge of the counter and saw the office with two employees. I'm assuming onewas a manager. The looked right at me and didn't do anything. I waved my right arm to say hey I need some help. They continuedto ignore me.
