Overbooked, understaffed, overcooked. They seated a party of 40!!! In the dining area. We had to wait 2.5 hrs for our food. When... we got it the "signature" ribeye steak was completely overdone and rigid and the sides were lukewarm. We usually just eat in thebar and have great service and food.
