Ruined my birthday.. somehow they got lost driving less than 2 miles.. they then canceled the order.. had to call.. waited 10... min to talk to someone.. and then was blamed by the person on the phone for their drivers failures! They claimed they called 4times.. lies. They would have redelivered the pizzas.. 90 minutes later.. I would NEVER order from this place. How do you run abusiness like this? You didn't lose 1 customer.. you lost 5.. all of the staff have agreed to never go to thisestablishment. Thanks again for ruining my birthday! Read more

This is the first google review I have ever done. We tried to order pizza for the kids tonight and were treated like complete... garbage by the ignorant team at the Schnecksville location. First off, our pizza was stuck in "quality check" for 47 minutes bythe time I got through to someone at the store. The first woman I spoke with stated that we called to cancel the order and Iinformed her that we did not. It was just myself and my wife at home with two little kids, nobody cancelled the order. Shealso accused of us calling several times to cancel the order. When I informed her that she was mistaken, she screamed at me to"place a new order" and hung up on me. I called back and she admitted to hanging up on me and then did it again when I told herthat their system was messed up and that we did not cancel the order and have been waiting for the driver. Seriously, she hungup on me twice. The third time we called we spoke to a manager and heard the other employees mocking us in the background. Weinformed the manager that we were recording the call and she said that she was doing the same. She was extremely rude andcondescending and again claimed that we called multiple times to cancel the order but she would not tell me who she spoke with. They cancelled the order at that point which pushed to the app immediately. About 10 minutes later Dominos called us back toapologize for the mixing up of the order but could care less when I mentioned how badly they treat customers. I wish I had away to leave the audio from the recorded phone call in this review. We will never order from this location again! Terribleservice and absolutely the worst customer experience I have had in my entire life in any capacity. Think twice about trying totransact with this store. They never have delivery drivers. The pizza is always gross like dry cardboard with a tiny bit of sauce. Even if you order... extra cheese there's still barely any on it, not once or twice but every single time. Whoever they got over there making thepizzas doesn't know what they're doing. You might as well get a piece of cardboard throw a drop of sauce on it and a sprinkle ofcheese and you'll still have better pizza than what they make. Read more

Whoever the dude working at 6:45 on March 24th was deserves a raise. Not only was he holding it down himself and doing a great... job at it, he made wonderful pizza in a timely fashion, and refused to give me his Venmo for an additional tip because I?mguessing company policy (I didn?t have any more cash). Food shouldn't be cold when you get. We should also be notified if the food is done and will be sitting out for 40 minutes... before leaving the store. If I would have know that I would have gone to get the food in stead of calling and finding out afterhalf and hour I was looking at atleast another 20 minutes before I would leave the store.
