The food was excellent! I had the New York strip steak, my husband had the Prime Rib and my sister-in-law had the filet mignon... ALL done medium rare to perfection! The salad bar is well stocked and clean with a good variety--I like the beets and macaronisalad too--the appetizer are also good, great place to eat, the staff is friendly service is ok. Read more
Went there yesterday and had a fantastic dinner experience and seeked out the owner to tell her. Came back tonight and my... husband and I asked for the same server. We both ordered steaks medium rare. I ordered a rib eye. Sent back 3 times asked formedium rare and kept getting well. Turns out the owner was the cook. She did not see our problems. Said if I just ate it andshould have not cut into it to show the well done steak. I told her I loved this place and wanted to work through. She wasnot eager to work with me told her I would be writing reviews and she said she was never talked to the way I talked to her. Shetook the steak off my bill but someone else brought my bill and made known we we done there. Moral maybe owner needs not cook. Needs better attitude in situations. Great food great servers. Ate dinner here for a date night with my wife. We split a 16oz sirloin with a loaded baked potato. The potato was delicious, the... steak was OK. For being cooked on charcoal, I would have expected better flavor, didn't taste seasoned at all, but was stillgood with some A1. I had seen other tables nearby that had very good looking cheesecake for dessert, unfortunately my wife and Iwere too stuffed to try dessert.
