Customer of 25 plus years to be accused of stealing when I got a gift card for xmas my father paid for and use it but they can?t... figure out own system only to be called a thief and tell me not to come back. This store is trash and went down hill. Maybe fixyour system and talk to a customer who pays for stuff and with professionalism I know that?s a big word. If I could give this gas station a negative twenty stars I would... word of advice... ?just no...?

Jessica was very rude to me. I needed to switch pumps because the one I was at was a prepay and I came back and she said loudly... in a sarcastic tone "OH YOUR STILL HERE?!?!?" Just because I needed to switch pumps. Very very poor service. I will make sure totell my friends and family so they don't go through the same treatment. I have been a Shell customer for 15 years... I had gotten $15 in gas and $20 in cash back and they ended up charging my card 3 times for $35, for a total of $105 in charges... that overdraft maybank account, after 4 phone calls between shell and my bank, I now have to print off a document, drive theshell, and then submit the document for corporate to look at while my bank account sits in overdraft status. I will NEVER cometo this gas station again. Read more
