Service was fine, staff was courteous. However, the sandwich sucked. If your lettuce is old and contains brown, rotten pieces... with that fermented iceberg flavor about it, just tell the customers you're out of lettuce. The bread wasn't the best either,compared to my past experiences. I usually hit up the Madison East Wash location, and it has given me a very good impression ofCousins. Had this been my first visit, I would probably do a hard pass from here on, on all locations. Read more
