The worst meal ever took 4 times for them to get my order correct on the screen then they handed it to me it was still wrong got... mad at me because they had to fix it if they would put there phones away and work maybe they could get it correct. The staff are very kind at this store, however they seriously need to improve wait times. I was waiting in line for more than 20... minutes for a door dash order (no walk in, or take out option available for drivers). The order I picked up was very large, andI should have been diverted to the front of the store so not to hold up the line (especially after the 10 minute mark). It wasvery embarrassing for me as I held up about 4-6 vehicles. Unfortunately I will not be picking up any more orders from thisstore, and I advise other drivers to do the same until the offer a pull-up option for online orders/dashers. Read more
This morning I went by for breakfast and arrived just 10 minutes after they'd stopped serving it. The man helping me was very... apologetic as I ordered non-breakfast items instead. When I got to the window he let me know that the fries were on the housebecause I hadn't gotten my breakfast! This location is located in the Fred Meyers parking lot in upper Oregon City. Right now due to Covid only the drive through is... open and only staff can enter the restaurant. Drive through is usually pretty busy during lunch and dinner hours but with staffonly working the drive through they keep the line moving. My order was accurate and staff was friendly. Read more
