I always take the longer route to NJ to grab a bagel from here on the way. An extra crispy everything bagel and homemade... (slightly chunky) lox cream cheese is done a little different every time but never less than delicious. I also love the hot teasselection and coffee corner. By the time I get there it can be busy or not, but it doesn't bother me too much. Most of theother customers are really nice when it gets cramped. This place seems legit. I'd give it the second place for authentic New York style bagels in the Philly area. And the flavored... cream is just delicious. Some people weren't so lucky but I did not experience any less-than-perfect bagels every time I went.I'll be honest, service can feel rushed but the place is kinda busy, especially on weekends. I used to love this place. But within the last six months or so, the quality has gone down. All of the bagels we got recently... have been underproved. The dough clearly wasnt given enough time to rise. In turn, they are hard on the outside, not fluffy,and underdeveloped on the inside. Waste of money and not enjoyable ???? Read more

After getting my order wrong more times than getting right. I?ve finally decided to never return. Not sure if they can?t... understand normal thinking or if no one there can understand English but it seems insane to me that they can?t figure out how toput both butter AND cream cheese on a bagel. This is the only bagel shop I have ever been to where grown adults can?t seem tofollow the most simple instructions.
