We got 2 Mediterranean bowls and a spicy coconut curry! All were very good and filling, plus the cheese bread is to die for!!
My wife and I loved this place! The food was delicious, yet healthy. There were multiple drink options, most of which were... either lightly sweet (naturally) or unsweetened. Eating here made us feel like we were making good choices. Please open alocation in Las Vegas (well, Henderson specifically, but we'll drive farther if we have to). My wife loved the keto bowl. A friend and I met for lunch today for the first time trying Aubergine Kitchen. We both got the Mediterranean bowl and really... enjoyed it! My only constructive criticism is the employee didn't ask which base I wanted before scooping in quinoa. I likequinoa so I didn't say anything but I had planned to order with rice. The ice machine and flavored drink dispensers alsoappeared dirty. I think this was at least in part from the hard water in our area but it didn't make me eager to order adrink.
