It doesn't seem to matter which location I go to, whenever I risk getting the large fries, I swear they put the same amount in... the bigger box. I was at this location today and asked for a large fries. This is what I got... The food is great and I LOVEeverything else about Chic-fil-A, but having this happen again is really frustrating. Always the friendliest staff. Great food. What?s not to love?! Had to try the peach milkshake. And- yum!!
Second bad experience in a row. I have to have the gluten free options so I order the gluten free bun with gf grilled chicken... sandwich, fries and a shake. Usually they double check with me on the items when I mention them because I pay extra for the bun.I get the items but when I just got home they gave me a grilled chicken....so much for my meal tonight. Two strikes is my badreview time. I usually have good experiences with other chick filas but this one I've had back luck with. Read more

I do not have a usual order there, nor do I have the menu memorized, so an employee traipsing up... to my car and trying to take my order before I have a chance to look at the menu and decide what I want is not helpful.
