Great food! The waitress was very nice and wasn't annoyed at all with us asking, probably too many, questions. The kids meal... "Spaghetti Blanco" was well seasoned and my son loved it. Many places serve bland food to kids, not this one! We've been a fewtimes and have liked everything we've ordered. Read more

I?m not sure how authentic the food is since I?ve never been to Peru but I?ve eaten in a lot of Peruvian places so I?ll leave a... review based on that. Food: it was ok but I still prefer Puro Peru in Sandy/Midvale. Drinks: we only tried the chicha morada andit was really good. KIDS: The kids menu didn?t really have a variety so we got this and my son didn?t eat it at all, thewaitress said the kids meal came with a drink and we never got it. SERVICE: the food took a very long time to come. Our waitresswasn?t around much and we had to ask her for additional napkins, straws, sauce instead of her offering. She would just leave thefood and leave but she didn?t even think about leaving ketchup with our food without us asking for it so I waited a while sinceI wanted rocoto(hot sauce) with my food and it was starting to get cold. I think what could help this more is if they hired morepeople since there were only 2 servers that night. I was able to tell our server was very stressed and running around so wecouldn?t get the service we needed. She then came asking for payment but we weren?t offered boxes or dessert so I asked forthat, she left and we had to wait a long time for her to come back. We then ordered and had to wait AGAIN. Once she came withthe dessert she literally threw it on our table and the spoons fell on the side. We had to wait a long time before we were ableto pay for food. If you are really craving Peruvian food, go ahead and other ?To go? since the food wasn?t bad. They need toimprove their service, variety and friendliness. Read more

Worse experience with Silvia & Megan. I was trying to place an order on the phone per usual (I?m a regular customer). I asked... Megan if she was gonna take my name & phone number for the order & she said no (usually they do). I told her I still wanted togive it to her so I can pick up my order with a name?she then pretended like she couldn?t hear me & handed the phone to Silviawho wanted to verify my order. While talking to her she would start talking to other customers, but wouldn?t even ask to placeme on hold or wait while she was trying to multitask (clearly they were annoyed with me just because I wanted them to have infoof the person placing an order). So I waited, but then she ended up just hanging up. I called back & asked why they hung up onme. She said she couldn?t hear me anymore & I told her she didn?t even bother to say ?hello? to see if I was there. Overall, itwas a very frustrating experience. I just wanted to place a simple order & enjoy our food, but instead I?m having to write thisbad review. It?s too bad because we loved their food & even though it?s very expensive, we still ordered quite a bit from them.We would even tip them even though would normally pick up our food. I hope the owner does something about these employees.Because of THEM, they are loosing business. Very disappointed!! Read more

WARNING TO GIFT CERTIFICATE CUSTOMERS: you cannot redeem more than $8 of gift certificate credit on orders less than $50. I had... four $5 gift certificates from a T-Mobile Tuesday restaurants.com offer, and the restaurant only honored one of them because mycheck was $18. As long as this restaurant lacks the integrity to honor store credit on any purchase, I will never come hereagain. Read more
