If you want terrible service, quality, and overpriced food this is the place for you! Specifically, University Parkway Pizza... Hut. Ordered our food, was told it was just two medium pizzas and I waited for over two hours and they send me the confirmationand my order was clase to my house and nobody showed up. When I look in the app it said my order was canceled, they did havefrom a rude, way to answer the phone and hand up. If they didn?t have drivers, understandable, they can only do so much, so Iwent in myself. When we got there immediately the Manager (I think) started complaining about customers to a trashy Door Dashdriver about changing orders and how they won?t work 1 minute after close. If you want pizza in Orem, go to Mountain Mikes downthe street. It?s much better service and food for roughly the same money. This location needs to have employees released andquality checks done. I ordered for a pizza to be delivered to my house today through the pizza hot online website. Even though it said there would be... a wait of 85 minutes. I was willing to wait as I was waiting for my family. 1 hour passed and nothing. 2 hours passed andnothing. We got a message saying that DoorDash would now deliver our order. We waited and it even said that our dasher hadarrived so they can pick it up and bring it to us. But then as we were checking every ten minutes, we got a message saying thatour pizza had been cancelled. We called and it said that they were closed even though it says they are open. On 8/19, I ordered the two for $6.99 medium pizzas on the app for my boyfriend to pick up on his way over. To surprise him, I... put in the additional notes to "put pepp in a heart" (the number of characters was limited). I assumed they would just arrangethe pepperonis in a heart shape on the pizza.
