The customer service here is PHENOMENAL!! I came in and ordered what I thought was going to be more of a fruit smoothie, but... when it came out it was basically a shake. I went back to the counter since it wasn't what I was expecting and the girl workingthe counter was SO nice and clarified that it's basically just ice cream as the base. Because she knew I was really disappointedwith it, she offered to make me a new one with just fruit. She even said, "So sorry about that...you tell me exactly what youwant and we'll make it even if it's not exactly on the menu." WOW. Most places would have just brushed off the disappointedcustomer but she bent over backwards to make sure I got something I loved, which I did!
