Sushi Up used to be my favorite sushi spot in Utah county. Primarily because of their great deals and overall quality of sushi... for the price. My recent visit somewhat disappointed me as my favorite dishes were not offered anymore. The service and ambiencewas great, But I?m sad their menu has changed. Overall, still a great spot to eat at. Definitely the best Sushi in town! I was amazed at how fresh the seafood was. The menu is so unique?.and allows you to order a... variety of specialty rolls at a very reasonable price. The owner/Sushi chef was super friendly and genuine. I had a greatinteraction with him, and he personally made me a sample of his specialty, smoked mackerel. It was amazing!
