I am a huge fan of all sorts of BBQ?.and having travelled all over the United States trying BBQ in at least 20 different... states, I can say with a high degree of certainty?.ALL FIRED UP knows EXACTLY what they are doing. They?re located on Hwy 11North near Elwood Epps Hunting Store, and you can?t miss their bright yellow trailer. Ryan, (I believe the owner) and the gangcontinue to impress. I?ve had all of their varieties of poutine and they are all absolutely INCREDIBLE! Their burgers arelarge AND very flavourful. Something you don?t normally find?.usually it?s ?large? OR ?flavourful??.these were both. Thehotdogs and the Peameal on a bun also greatly exceed expectations. The ratio of meat to bread is very much in favour of themeat, unlike another less enjoyable place just down the street. The prices are exactly where they should be for thequality. He even created a Thanksgiving Poutine with all the traditional trimmings, (even cranberry) for this time ofyear. Amazing stuff!!!! The owner even came over to our truck where we were dining at the tailgate, and asked us howeverything was. He is VERY GOOD at providing terrific customer service. I wish I lived further away, because I will be 500pounds soon, because it?s going to take an army to keep me away from this place. Owner offered to create a ?special? kind ofpoutine for me?.Grilled Cheese Poutine. Stopped with the family because Weber's was too crazy busy - we may skip Weber's all together next time! We got their house... burger, hot dog, smoked chicken burger and fries. Friendly service, good food! Read more
