Why do I bother going here? So no cookies whatsoever last week when I ordered. Then just heard they couldn't even provide a... dozen donuts!!???? we had to settle for 6 donuts....from a donut store. Won't be back. Half the time the specialty coffeemachine out of order. Read more
I ordered a cold brew with just milk, pulled up to the window and grabbed my coffee. When I tried it there was clearly liquid... sugar in it, so I flagged the employee down and politely told her it was supposed to be just milk. She tells the other employeethat made my coffee, who goes on to tell me there was no sugar in it. They tried to hand it back, and I said several more timesthat I tasted it and there was clearly sugar in it. They basically called me a liar, refused to make me a new one, and wereunwilling to help. I?ve come up with many theories as to why this Tim hortons is so terrible (wait times are atrocious, cleanliness is subpar... despite the girl in the corner doing nothing but the wiping the corner counter in a small circle avoiding eye contact,consistency and accuracy are nonexistent (have received a tea bag in my coffee twice), one girl seems to do all the work, isthere no manager to direct these employees?
