They have nothing. So went there and attempted to order a concrete they didn't have that kind like the other locations did. I... then went to order a make your own. The we're out of custard. I then decided to get food instead I ordered a chili dog. No cando no hot dogs. I order a side item and left. There is no reason to come to a place if they have nothing to serve. Burger was okay, fries are thin, the Freddy sauces are kind of plain. Just your average burger joint with shakes.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD and SERVICE!! TODAY'S VISIT DESERVES A MINUS 100 STARS!!!! I even tried to call the manager that's on... duty today and he had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I'm telling him how my food is not prepared correctly. Idon't understand why these managers want to argue with customers when they're the ones giving us subpar, reheated in themicrowave, overcooked, burnt food. What's really ridiculous is I'm not lying about what they gave me so why are you ARGUING withthe customer who spent their hard-earned money which is hard to come by nowadays at their establishment. The manager's name wasdefinitely hard to pronounce but he worked today and said he was busy doing paperwork which seemed like I was interrupting himand he didn't want to handle this issue. I will not EVER EVER patronize this business again!! WHAT'S EVEN MORE CRAZY IS that IFTHE MANAGER WOULD HAVE TAKEN SOME ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE FOOD THAT WAS HANDED OUT OF THE RESTAURANT AND HUMBLED HIMSELF I WOULDHAVE FELT OKAY WITH HIM TRYING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. Wanted to try Freddy's for awhile so my better half and I stopped in for lunch a few weeks ago. Once entering you feel a bit of... nostagia like a soda shop back in the 60's. The staff is friendly giving great customer service. My guy ordered double baconsteak burger with fries. I ordered fries and onion rings with sodas. The portion size of the fries and onion rings were sogenerous well seasoned. My guy said the burger was good just wished the patty size was a little bigger. Stop by I recommend Freddy's Custard and Steak Burger for all you will find it very appealing. Read more
