I came in with a party of 10. 6 adults 4 kids. We called to add ourselves to the wait list. Since we are used to waiting because... in my family is always over 10 people. We were told we had to be present in the building to add our party to the list, we saidfine we’ll be there in 20 minutes since we had just gotten out of church. We all arrived together we rode in the same vehiclewhich is a 10+ passenger van. When we got there 2 of our kids went to use the restroom while we where added to the list but forsome reason the hostess demanded to see all 10 people of our party present and I quote asked us to raise our hands so that shecould see we where there even though she had seen us coming in. We waited for the kids to come out of the bathroom but when theydid she still made us wait for them to see all 10 of us. At this point we were all upset since the hostess kept on asking howmany where in our party also about 7 other tables were sat before us so we asked for a manager and explained the situation anddecided to go to Outback. And as my father told the manager we will spend $400 dlrs somewhere else. I used to work at longhornon 95th St and Pulaski I know about customer service the two hosts that where there need more training and a nicer attitude. Bythe way we tipped 20% at outback we always do. This place is great. The space is nice and very organized. The food is really delicious and the food is really tasty. Steak and... ribeye is really fresh and tasty. This place will definitely be one of my favorite places to go. I've been to this restaurant afew times, and it never disappoints! The space is nice and very organized. This was one of the best meals. My family was very happy. I have to say I get a lobster tail all the time and this was one of... the best prepared I have ever had. Waitress was great and food was solid. Really quick getting our order. But… the Hostess at the door was plenty rude and seemed... to not want to be their at all. No smile or anything either and even spoke with a monotone voice. She also told us we were nextbut told others the same and sat them before us. Even when we said thank you etc we got no answer and just a blank stare. Butour waitress was great though and food was solid. Just wasn’t a big fan of the Mac n cheese as it seemed more gravy like thancheese like. Steak for a porterhouse could be thicker but it was tasty as was the sweet potato! Read more

The food was exceptionally tasty! We had Steak and Salmon and everything was seasoned SO good. We started out with Appetizers.... Our Server Colleen rocked! She provided excellent customer service which you don't see much anymore. We made sure her tipreflected how great she was. Read more
