Haven't visited this place for about 2 years. Missed going here so me and my hubby stopped in. Not busy. We were the only two... here. We placed our order and took a table near the window. The employee brought us our food and was surprised to see it in ablack plastic to- go bowl with plastic utensils. We were used to the nice ceramic bowl with actual stainless steel utensils.The portion seemed so much smaller that what we usually get in the past and it was piping hot! An indicator that it was nuked. Igot the pasta cappatavi and my husband got some steak bowl. We sat there for awhile airing out the food cause it was so hot. Aswe ate. We noticed the noodles were so wet...like they been soaking in the water for quite some time. It seemed the items wereportioned controlled in a bowl and they just mixed up whatever pertaining to that certain dish that u order. Very dissatisfiedwith the portion size and the cheap presentation of food. Not to mention it was not prepared fresh to order. The nuking partreally took away the flavor of the food. Yet. I've been there dozens of times . Lately everything comes out cold or wrong but yet I still go . Today takes the cake , walk in... to order they say we are short staffed. I get it it's hard to find and keep help right now. So I stand there and wait for myorder to be taken , 5 minutes 8 minutes 10 minutes they girls working there finished a order bag it up put it on counter anddisappear! I do not normally write reviews but, I ordered the chicken noodle soup and the Penne Rosa. I barely ate the Penne rosa as it... tasted weird from the other times I have gotten it, and the noddle soup just tasted like water with chicken, the next day around5 am, I have gotten food poisoning from your food.
