You guys are my heroes. I?ve been wanting a a Goosebumps birthday party since I was a kid and you all absolutely knocked this... cake out of the park. You took time to get the details I wanted right. The cake was so fresh tasting and moist. I appreciatedthe amount of custard you used in it because most places skimp out. Everyone at my party who tried your cake exclaimed howdelicious it was. It has been a while since I have been at the bakery. I visited in the early afternoon on a weekend and there really wasn't much... of what I was wanting to purchase. What I did purchase was some sweet rolls and they were very good. Next time I will try tomake it in early for a better selection of sweets. Read more
We ordered our wedding cake from Orland Park Bakery and we loved it! We ordered one two-tiered cake to cut as well as a large... sheet cake. We had three different flavors; carrot cake and lemon for the tiered cake, and chocolate with raspberry for thesheet cake. Everything went so quickly; there was something for everyone! We had to order vegan cupcakes somewhere elsebecause Orland Park Bakery doesn't do vegan, but truly that was our only complaint. Customer service has definitely gone downhill. I have been coming to this bakery for over 15 years. I went in to purchase... cookies that were already premade, and asked the staff to add icing between the premade cookies to make cookie sandwiches allthings that would have taken minimal effort. I was abruptly told no, and then asked the staff member to check with a manager, itis unclear if the staff member that was asked was the manager but was the response was laced with attitude and bother if acustomer is trying to make a purchase for two items you readily stock, along with the option to purchase additional while theywaited the short time it would have taken to make these up is definitely poor sales and management.
