I used to work at Panda as an area manager, and I?ve never seen a steam table closed faster than this unit. My wife and I got... here at 8:20?they close at 10?and they had already closed the teriyaki chicken grill. The GM Martha was cordial but notinviting; I asked for fresh teriyaki chicken because only scraps were left, and she said no. I completely understand thedifficulties of maintaining a fresh steam table when business slows, but you NEVER say no to a paying customer. Inappropriatetreatment and terrible customer service. Today I was planning on ordering a plate of orange chicken with white rice, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce. When I pulled up,... they told me that they had no white rice, fried rice, but only brown rice. The brown rice I got was undercooked, chicken wascold, and instead of giving me vegetables, they put two small egg rolls that I am allergic too. Probably the worst Panda I have ever gotten any where. The chow mein had almost zero noodles and just onions. Previous time they... had very little food made and made their menu obsolete by only offering 3 dishes. I saw the employees just standing aroundtalking and looking at their phones.Pass on this loc.
