Last night (10/20/22) after Uber horribly dropped the ball on our delivery order, the team at this restaurant, particularly the... lady manager working the night shift went above and beyond to make things right for us even though the fault was on Uber. Sadlydidn't get her name, but this manager was extremely professional and respectful to us as customers, as well as to the new driverwho had been caught in the middle of the chaos. If I could give 0 stars I would. 40* min for a piece of mozzarella sticks. Ridiculous. Waiting in mobile line for longer than... the people in regular line. Just for the own manager to tell us that we are not priority EVEN THOUGH we ordered first. Let themozzarella sticks fall on the floor. I just left your drive through. There was a short, loud , ratchet girl with black hair and a loud, ratchet girl with red hair.... They were talking while I waited on my food and allowed me to wait longer. They both looked very sloppy and messy. Red, dirtywigs are not professional while working in a restaurant. Keep your dirt at home. The public does not need to be poisoned by you.The Manager in the green shirt had to tell one of the guys to assist me because my food order was wrong. Hire people thatactually want to work. The tall guy with black hair that normally works there that was on break is always so professional.
