This location is basically online ordering only. We went in and waited in line for 10 min just to be told that if we wanted... tacos or a burrito we had to place an online order. They were only making bowls in the line. They said it was to control thenumber of orders but that makes no sense because we just walked to the side and place our order online anyway. And there wasonly one person in line behind us. This location has gone downhill over the past few years. We?ve had several issues and willnot be coming back anymore. I recommend the Chipotle on Mitchell Hammock instead. Read more

No tortillas often here, and they serve very sloppy here. This location never has clean tables to eat at. College kids working... here or not, you should have more pride in how you serve and maintainthis location. I will NEVER recommend this location!!!!! Read more
Absolutely the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff is always unpleasant and they are too lazy to refill their... ingredients that they will give you the little bit of scraps left. I asked for double meat and the bin was down to the last fewpieces and because it took her 2 scoops to get the 1 scoops worth out she charged me for double. Upon telling the cashier whathappened, the manager looked at the bowl and said that's double then proceeded to charge me. Not only that, but they are veryslow all the time and prioritize mobile orders in the main line over the line that usually extends out the door. The customerservice is always horrible all the times I've gone over the last year and now they have begun to lock the bathrooms so you needan employee to let you in. I've had a decent experience here twice, but I honestly can't recommend this location to others after my 2 most recent... experiences. There seems to be a lot of minor food safety violations at this location (namely improper storage of the foodcontainers, which are often laid out on the counter behind the serve station even when not being refilled) and a lot of crosscontamination between the containers. I could easily see someone getting sick from this, but so far I haven't heard of ithappening (thankfully) Also, they've somehow been out of at least 4 main ingredients every time I go (usually around 6-8pm).One I can understand but not having corn, lettuce, brown rice, and pinto beans is ridiculous The employees are friendly andefficient at least Attached is the 40% corn bowl I got when they ran out of rice (and had barely any lettuce left) Read more
