Visiting there for family birthdays recently and loved it. As a person with no kids I would never be there. Being a young... children's Uncle it is my duty to be there. Just through the kids in at the games and let them run around. This safe, friendly,and colorful environment will entertain the kids for you. They can do better with their masked Chucky guy. Read more
We had a pretty good time for the most part, however, they held a ?costume contest? for the kids, to which no one participated... other than my two kids and one other. They judged the winner based off how loud everyone cheered for the costumes. Nowconsidering no one else was with this other kid, me and my family gave him a little cheer for his costume to be fair, but thenobviously when it came to my children, we got pretty loud. They chose the other kid as the winner, ok cool. He got a little giftbag. Mind you, the host came out with 3 gift bags. I just feel like, considering we were thee only participants, they could?veat least given my 5 year old a bag as well. He was really sad about losing, hes younger than the other boy, he didn?t evenwanna participate but they had no one else so I kinda pressured him to. I just feel like they could?ve been more sensitive aboutthe situation or understanding and just gave him a little bag but no they didn?t, instead they made us pay for one. It was justan unpleasant experience. If you go with littles, I?d advise not to participate in the ?costume contest? my kids feelings werereally hurt and completely dismissed. Read more
It's always a great visit at this location, we do the hour play cards and they have a special going where you get an extra 30... minutes for free. Needless to say my kiddo loved extra play time! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I do miss the playplace for the kids but their games are great! Read more
In my visit today to Waterford lake CEC store today with my one of my kids and there's a Clown standing in register after I paid... for 30 min play time card ( he asked me if I give the store good review feedback he will give me an extra 100 ticket.)? So, all5* reviews got paid and Fake Reviews,.... ?? Chuck E Cheese start buying and paying for customer reviews? Do you know why? Thisplase got Extremely Very Expensive $40+ for Med. Pizza and 2 drink / $6 for Small 2Oz. Not even good quality??? C.E.C startreaping off his customers big time.. that what's happened. Even the service been worthless.. My kids missed 10 min. From theplay time Due to breaking machines, so i ask if they can give us 5 minutes credit they refused.. How much they crabby management and store. Business not Recommend.. Very old outdated machines, Very expensive.. Search for more high quality fun places beforeyou go to Chuck E Cheese it's getting old fashioned place .. this my last visit to all of those Scam business. Read more

We just had my daughter's 7th birthday party here & it was the BEST time ever! Games = Awesome, Food = Delicious! They even have... Gluten Free options, BONUS! But what made this event 5 Stars was our Party Host, Melissa! That woman was SO attentive, not justto the kids but to all the parents, as well. We recently had a party at Monkey Joe's where the Party Host was practically absentwhich made the event stressful & so unorganized. NOT the case at Chuck E Cheese with Melissa! I'm telling you, a Party Hostmakes a WORLD of difference when it comes to events like this & because of her, we will be having our kids parties here foryears to come & will be recommending this place to friends & family.
