Dylan the GM was very friendly and professional. He welcomed all guests and answered their questions and requests. He even... offered a solution to a guest?s request. I love their food and their prices. Del Taco is the place to go when you have $5 but you're starving. You can get like three... items with that. I've also never experienced bad customer service. The people working the window are actually very cool, veryfriendly and personable, without the fake pretense we are all taught to use when working with customers. I love it. Read more
My wife is from California and Del Taco was her favorite fast food growing up. We live in Virginia now which doesn?t have Del... Taco (yet) so she never gets to have it anymore. She was ecstatic to find out there was a Del Taco near our hotel we werestaying at for our honeymoon. She was so happy that the food was just as great as she remembered and I was impressed because Ihad never had Del Taco before. The general manager (I think his name tag said Dylan) was phenomenal. Extremely friendly andpersonable. He even remembered us when we came back a few days later and welcomed us back and thanked us for coming again!
