Three stars because they ended up refunding the order, but: This location has a new policy that they will not deliver to... apartments with more than one floor?you have to go out in the street to find the driver and pick up your order. This is NOTdisclosed if you order on the app or by phone. So you add a generous tip, pay the ridiculous $4.99 delivery fee, then only gethalf of the service you paid for. I had an excellent experience at Domino's Pizza tonight! (700 E Colonial Dr - Colonial and Summerlin) Nothing but kindness here!... And pizza, of course. ;-) I had ID theft earlier this year. Today was the first day I had my own money. I tried several otherplaces to see who took PayPal. Domino's takes PayPal, and so I stayed, and was quickly informed I had to order online. While Iwas ordering, my allergies were acting up (Pizza ingredients in the atmosphere) and when I asked for water, Adriana quicklyhelped me. Background context - I have severe allergies. It has not been a lifelong problem, but since I have gotten sick withan auto-immune disorder, good food that I can eat has been harder to come by. Tonight, the staff here at Domino's bent overbackwards to help me find which ingredients were in each sauce, and when I couldn't eat any of the sauces, obliged my requestfor feta cheese. Long story short, after all this, when I went to checkout, I found out PayPal is different from Venmo, andtherefore I couldn't pay for the mix and match I was ordering. They covered my meal and gave me the pizza they were making, since they "can't deconstruct it once [they've] started". I took some pictures afterwards of this night.
