You ever go to a place that you really don't like but because it's close and convenient to your house you go anyway ? This is... that place for me. No matter how many times I go and hope they make my coffee right, they never do. The donuts taste like theyare from the day before. Never soft , always dry. Took several minutes to even greet me. Another several minutes to be waited on. Asked for a hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice... cream. She didn't know what a hot fudge sundae was. I had to point it out on the sign. She started to give me yogurt and to tellher ice cream. So she then scoops it and puts a lid on it and asks anything else. I say uh hot fudge. My husband and I ordered 2 medium caramel iced coffee?s with cream and liquid sugar. We also bought breakfast sandwiches. We... ordered through the drive thru. We received our iced coffee and it was really dark so I told my husband to wait to pull off, letme taste it. The coffee was really bitter and didn?t taste like anything. I asked the girl at the window nicely if our drinkscould be fixed because they were really bitter. She informed she would give us the cream and liquid sugar to fix it forourselves. She barely gave us sugar and said she made it herself so she knows she put it in there. I didn?t have time to go backand forth with her and didn?t feel I should have to. I have worked in customer service for a long time as a manager. It wouldhave been nothing to make our drinks correctly. You could look at the drink and see there was no cream added it was dark. And ifI?m telling you it?s bitter there is not a lot of sugar or no sugar at all. The drink was horrible and this was my first time atthis location. I would not recommend it and will not be back. To tell the customer what you did instead of fixing the issue isnot great customer service. We spend our money to get what we ask for not for excuses.
