Dirty, lack of cleanliness, awful!!! All tables were dirty, nothing was clean! Even the napkin dispenser was dirty. We purchased... our breakfast but returned it and requested a refund. It was 8am in the morning. Being a coffee shop it was odd to find it soempty. I guess that others have been put off for the same reasons. BTW, there was also a dead duck in the parking lot too. Wish we could give this zero stars. We went around 8 in the morning and our bagel were not fresh at all. This was the worst fast... food experience. The food was literally so bad. Dry and stale. We were asked if we wanted the bagels cut and we said yes andthen they gave us it without cutting it. No napkins or utensils were in the bag. They were making us wait at the order stationand at the window. This was a total waste of money. Thank God we didn't get more drinks because I am make sure they would haveruined that too. This is simply the most disgusting Einstein bagels I have been to. Every glass surface including the windows, bagel display... cases and drink cases were covered in handprints and oils. Clearly had not been cleaned in a long time and very noticeable.There were lots of empty tables to sit at, but every single one had not been cleaned and was covered in peoples crumbs and creamcheese. Very gross. Trash can area was overflowing and crumbs all over the counter tops. Floors were absolutely filthy. It feltreally gross to be in this place and the food showed it too. We were charged EXTRA for the lettuce on the bagel and it wastired, limp, flaccid, and had brown spots on it. Very soggy and not fresh. I felt like I needed to shower after being inthere. We had somebody cut us in line too, very obviously, and the staff let it happen. Employees are all stuck in covid timesand still wearing masks. Can?t hear what anyone is saying and everything is frustratingly muffled. I would be embarrassed to bethe manager of this establishment. Read more

Filthy, rude employees, Nicholas the employee asked me to leave as soon as I sat down to eat my food he told me they were... closed. It was 1:58pm Sunday. I asked him if I could finish my bagel he said no. Ask him if I could get a refund he said no.This place has zero customer service zero cleanliness needs to be inspected by the health department, Nicholas needs to be firedor trained.
