Incorrect billing and worst customer service. I went for Diwali shopping and purchased more than 300$ worth of items. The... cashier incorrectly charged me for an amount of ~12. The number of bags of toor/Urad dal I received vs was billed is incorrect.When I first called them less than 24 hours after shopping, they offered refund or pickup on next visit and they told me theyare going to call me when the counter is empty to process the refund. After a week of wait and no call from them, when I calledthem back this time they changed the entire story and told the billing was correct. When I asked them to look at the videorecordings , they bluffed by saying the count is correct. It is not about 15$ but the way they loot customers and lack service ,they lost a loyal customer. I am never going back . Looks like they go to any extent and blame you and say that you stole 12$worth items when you purchased 300$ worth stuff . Cheap tricks :) You could have rather admitted that it was a billing error andapologized for the inconvenience and stood by standards. By the way I got my refund from credit card company for the 12$incorrect billing. It is not worth my 1.5 Hr drive to prove that you are wrong and is not worth a trip when I got my money back.All the best !! Read more
Good variety of Indian groceries, fresh vegetables and sweets.
They have so many spices and fresh fruits and veggies and hygiene products as well as Indian food and frozen food.
Very big nice Indian grocery store in Orlando area, they have s vast range of Indian products and frozen stuff. Fresh... vegetables. Staffs are nice too. In the same unit they have big Indian boutique and nice Indian vegetarian restaurant and Indiansweet store. Read more
