I really enjoy coming here before work at the hospital across the street. They always have excellent service. Specifically,... Maria taking my order was so patient and soft spoken. The store is well decorated. Clean and staff is very helpful and nice. We have not tried the burgers, hot dog, salads. We only... tried the pastry, and is appealing to the eyes, it looks very delicious. Definitely not pastry for Americans, more likely forSpanish people. The personnel are friendly quick service and attentive. But I have concern about handling quality sanitation of food in special... for the dressing sauces were is being provided to customers the whole bottle of the dressing sauce observing that customers getcloser the tip of the bottle to the bite pastry ; that acts distraught me , so I ask to the waitress carol about my concern and she was very polite and courteous to escalate my worries to the manager . Seeing this I restrained to request the dressingsauce to mix with the hot pastry in my opinion this something very important healthy issues to fix. Another topic the tablesneed to be clean for avoidance greasy and the floor should be clean having in consideration that this place is small and isdisgusting to see food crumbs , straws and napkins over the floor. The temperature and quality of the empanadas /hot pastry wascold instead to be hot meaning that long time ago cooked. My visit was at 6:38pm (huge mistake ). I love this place, they have a great bakery and everything is pretty fresh but lately they?ve been slacking. Yesterday the... quesitos were mushy and stale, not fresh at all and today my teenage daughter went in to grab us coffee and they handed her onewithout a lid. She went back in to ask for one and they left her there standing waiting FOR A LID. It was not a busy day. I sawhow long it was taking so I went in and asked for one and it was handed immediately. I don?t understand why they treated herthat way. I guess the young lady that initially took the order was having a bad day, seemed angry and had an attitude with her.This was just unacceptable.
