Very Creative. If you pick the icecream, it is made fresh in front of you. You choose the base flavor. I picked Thai Iced tea... flavor. Then you pick your ingredient. I picked mangoes. They put fresh slices of mangoes in the liquid base. This blend isthen poured over a frozen metal plate. It is mixed vigorously till it freezes. Have visited this location many times and have yet to be disappointed. I love the fresh ingredients, amazing presentation and... incredible staff!! Unfortunately the Florida mall location (which is much closer to me) is NOTHING like this 1, staff areincredibly rude and I will gladly drive the extra distance to enjoy the consistency at this location. Fantastic and unique place to eat! All of the crepes are made fresh right in front of you, so you can watch the whole process.... It takes a few minutes to make, but it's well worth it! They are very creative works of art! There are both sweet and savoryoptions and they are all gluten free, as they use rice flower. They even have drinks served in a plastic "lightbulb". The cherrysparkling water was amazing and even has chopped cherries in it. Our family went there for the first time on vacation today andare looking forward to getting back there again before going home! All of the ingredients are fresh and made with care.
