As locals this is our go-to Outback because it?s not too touristy. This means better service and you won?t have to wait hours... for a table. This location participates in call ahead seating - use the app or website to join the list. The food is decent butit could use better presentation. We called ahead of time and we were able to put our name on the list. We arrived at the 20 minute frame we were given and were... seated immediately after arriving. The waitress (Alyssa) was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was full well into theevening. The food was fresh to order. I strongly recommend reservations as this Outback get crowded often. This place was a whole new experience? Be careful when you walk inside, as the floors were very slippery? We do not know if it... was dirty or what, but slippery it was for sure? If we talk about dirty? the menu cards were not clean as we used a alcoholwipe and they turned out brown? Then we received the tiny plates for the startes as we figured some darker spots on theplates. We first thought it was aged and damaged? But when we wiped them they were dirty! Ehw Ehw! Also our forks had foodstains on it. Ehw EHW!! The lady that served us was super friendly and kind and offered us plastic forks and knives. I enjoyedthe food but it was not the best? 1 star for everything..!! 5 stars for the ladies that helped and served us!! The ladiesmade us give this place 2 stars total? if they didn?t provide us with good service ? then we definitely would have given 1star..!!! Read more
