Really understaffed and the staff that was there seemed to be in a daze. Sat at the drive through window for almost 15 minutes... before someone finally opened it. By then they?d lost my order. Read more
I have the Panera unlimited sip club and the local franchise running this location and the others in Orlando are horrible. They... actively do not support the national program. They have removed cups from self serve kiosks. This location doesn?t even have thekiosks and today they were out of large cups. It?s always something that is an issue and it never seems to run the way Paneraintends the experience to be due to the lack of commitment from the local franchise. Read more
Terrible customer service. Waiting over 15 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window I was... still waiting a few minutes before someone even greeted me and when someone finally came up she just said the total and held outher hand for my card. She then gave me my card back and food without ever saying a single word to me! Not even a hello or thankyou! So appalled then the bagel she gave me was missing the top cinnamon crunch part, the main reason of getting that bagel.It?s like that part got cut off when they were trying to slice, which it wasn?t even sliced in half. If they can?t even get abagel right I would be worried about order any other food from them. The person in front of me even had to hand back food anddrinks to them because they didn?t make correct. Today I went to Panera Grove at 8:37 pm, it was almost closing, I ordered soup with bread, they gave me a very small one, I went... to the counter to ask for another piece of bread, the very kind employee was already giving it to me, when the manager BLAKE,rudely said to pay for the piece of bread (worth 1$) the employee in front of me collected the bread at the manager's requestand I was completely embarrassed and absurdly disgusted due to the ridicule and rude situation of the manager BLAKE, telling meto go pay, I'm a customer many years ago and I was very ashamed of the situation, I have never been so indignant. I didn't failto pay $1 for bread to eat, but I don't expect such an attitude from a manager. I await the board's response. Read more
