Custumer service for me is the most important thing, I always come here with a smile to order and the only friendly employee is... one of the guys don't know his name but he is short very friendly the rest of the staff is OK but the girl with the curly hairthat works in the afternoon mostly she gets cero in custumer service she is rude, never seen her smile and everytime you orderher face looks like she hates you even if your smiling back a her. The girl who was working yesterday 8/30/22 at 6:55pm, the receipt says her name is Mariangel, ALWAYS has a nasty attitude. ... After she finished the transaction with the customer ahead of me, she walked over to the sink and turned away from me so she wasfacing the wall. As she is facing the wall, she asks what I want, and before I could answer she turns the sink on. I stayedsilent and patiently waited for her to turn the sink off and to turn around and face me... 1) I'm not going to talk to the backof your head and 2) I'm not going to try to yell over the sink. She's one of those people who will never move up in life andwill always be in a similar position to the one she is in now because she doesn't know how to act right. If you hate your lifeso much and you don't want to work, then quit. I come to this location often enough to say that she is the only employee thathas caused an unpleasant experience. All of the other employees are always friendly and have great customer service skills, Iam always relieved when I walk into this location and Mariangel is not there. If I owned a business I would not want someonelike her representing my company. I only gave two stars instead of one because she actually got my order right (on the firsttry) this time. Read more
Great shakes and employee there was awesome..... Unfortunately have to change from five stars to one star. Technically two stars... is what you expect and anything above that is great. However today was supposed to be my free smoothie but they told me thesystem changed. No one was able to help but just saying pay the full price and point start now. As a loyal customer, I feel likethe manager should have helped but she said that she could do nothing for me and would charge me full price. I even said I'd paythe discounted rate but there was no budging. I had to leave and I will not be returning. Read more

Just went into get my smoothie and I?ve only been there like three times before at this location, this lovely young lady... Mariangel, who has takin my order before, greeted me with a lovely smile and a genuine how are you? I felt so welcomed. She thenproceeded to ask if I wanted my usual. I was shocked that she remembered not only did I have a fantastic smoothie made toperfection but also a great conversation. One of the nicest young ladies I have ever met, so pleasant and so professionalhighly recommend coming to Baldwin Park location, I hope you?re lucky enough to get Mariangel as your smoothie barista 10 out of10 will come again!!
