My food was so good. I had great service. It is the Seafood Summerfest. I had the Surf and Turf. Walt's favorite shrimp and a 7... oz sirloin. My two sides were mashed potatoes and orzo rice.I love Red Lobster. Read more
I had been to red lobster when I was younger and this was my first time as an adult. WOW! WOWWWW! WOW! Their food is bomb! Now... I get why people rave about their biscuits ????????????? they are amazing! I got the salmon, shrimp, and lobster it wasamazing! With mash potatoes and a Caesar salad (not pictured) The salad had too much dressing for my liking but everything elsewas amazing! We were cold when we walked in and we were surprised that the manager offered to lower the temperature. That wasamazing. Read more

Nearest to universal studio like 5 min.Old American style restaurant. High quality seafood and steak and chicken and pasta. Good... family dine-in restaurant with fresh seafood. The new cajun style seafood boil is not a great choice still gonna keep our olsstyle lobster plate .The lobster is so good here and shrimp scampi too so juicy and flavorful. As a tourist that's visited the USA before, I thought I would try this place since 3years ago. I was beyond disappointed, the... food was mediocre and the portions have shrunk. The service was terrible, I had to pull the waitress up a few times to getdrinks and cutlery, as nothing was supplied to break the crab legs. To top it off my toddler dropped a water bottle and the lidfell off. An elderly blonde waitress picked it up and threw it in the bin. I confronted the waitress and she couldn't evenremember what she had done. Even though I noticed it in front of my eyes. The baby bottle is £20 in UK money. She then ignoredme and told me it was a bit of broken rubbish plastic ???? I confronted the front desk manager who simply ignored me andoffered no solution. Not only did I pay for the bill the level of service was appalling and now I have an upset toddler and I'malso £20 down. Customer service has gone down hill big time in Orlando yet they also expect a tip which is obscene with theservice provided. I'd advise you walk out and refuse to pay should this happen to anyone else. Additionally the company has anautomated system to respond to reviews where you fill out a form. This is no use to a tourist where red lobster doesn't operatein your home country. It seems like they are only interested in your money and offering nothing else as I'm very unlikely goingto be back in the USA anytime soon (IE years). Read more
