SO GOOD! We went to Advance Auto parts and saw this foodtruck at the parking lot. We were curious and decided to try it. We... ordered the fried shrimp and ribs and both of them were absolutely amazing. Shaw was really nice and food was ready in 10 min.Super fresh and tasty. I stopped in here one time coming back from a vendors shop because I like to try small family owned food. I was not... disappointed. In fact I don?t visit that vendors any longer so now I just make a trip across town to get my BBQ. The catfish isamazing, I don?t usually stray from meats at a BBQ place but here I will go for the fish and the shrimp. The ribs are a mustevery time I go. In fact I usually just get some of everything that have. Recently I was introduced to the Cajun Turkey Ribs.This is an amazing way to do a Turkey wing with a definite Cajun kick to it.
