I typically don?t leave reviews but unfortunately my experience was terrible. I ordered 3 burgers and fries for $48. The chicken... on my chicken sandwich was undercooked and my sweet potato fries were burnt. I want a refund. None of the food was goodespecially for the price. I wish I went to McDonald?s instead. I don?t ever leave reviews but this place was that bad. Took 45 minutes to get my take out? staff appeared to have no idea what... was going on. Food was $15 for 3 tenders, a burger, and tots. Burger was edible. Fries and tots were terrible. Could have goneacross the street to Wendys for $8 less and had a meal twice as good, 5x as fast, and more food. I?m shocked at how awful the service is here. The food is good, the classic smash burger is delicious and the smash fries are... very tasty - other than that the dining experience was pretty horrible. The workers were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Waitedat the counter for almost 10 minutes but no one came to greet or take order, meanwhile the workers in the back kept looking butdidn?t move an inch to offer help. They didn?t seem busy, they were all just talking and laughing to each other in the back.Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. This dining area is dirty, trash is on the ground and no one cleans it up. We orderedmilkshakes but they said they didn?t have milk so they can?t make milkshakes. Unbelievable. This is the worst Smash we have ever been to. Don't even bother. We received no greeting when we walked in. The employee at the... register just stared at us without saying anything when we were waiting to order. I started to order thinking he was good to gobut he wasn't even logged in so I had to repeat my burger order. My husband and I ordered two burgers and a regular tot. It took31 minutes to get our food. Absolutely unacceptable but we figured they may have been training. The food came out lukewarm/coldand there were at least 4 employees working. My burger patty was burnt on one side. The half of a piece of bacon I received onmy bacon burger was half fatty and inedible. My husband's burger was okay. He said it wasn't anything special. The tots weregreasy and cold. Definitely NOT worth the $20 we spent. Especially since they weren't busy at all. There were two orders beforeours and the only online orders we saw come in on their screen was after we ordered. The couple that ordered before us receivedboth of their burgers incorrectly made. The food was amazing and the rosemary oil fries were epic. They did have a Gluten Free bun and French fries. They did not have... avocado at the time but they gave us extra fries since we paid for it on our burgers. The staff was super friendly and we onlywaited about 10 to 15 minutes. The burgers were huge and refreshing for sure. Definitley my new favorite burger spot in Orlando.It was a little pricey but worth it for the size and quality. Read more
